Connect Employment

Overview

Connect Employment is a non-profit that operates in Winnipeg to help connect those with intellectual disabilities to workplaces and participate in the community.

Solution

Connect Employment needed a reorganized experience to separate the website for its two key groups, jobseekers and employers. The website was set up and dedicated to clarify what sections are for which group. The implementation of accessibility tools and the use of larger, clean fonts to help create a driven content focused experience.

Role in Project

My role in the project was creating visuals consistency across the website, designing and developing front end visuals using responsive design fundamentals, and implementing Accessibility Tools.
